We ended up choosing Melissa Webb who did a quite exceptional job on the catering front. Nearly all guests spoke to me spontaneously about how outstanding the food had been and this was certainly not said just to be polite. The main course was Beef wellington for 120 people and it was very special.

The team providing service were equally good with some notable examples of staff remembering who liked what canapé and very high levels overall of warm caring and professional service.
